Launch Text:
The “İKAZ – Climatic Development Summit 2024,” held at the Ankara Sheraton Hotel on December 23, 2024, was a powerful event where our association aimed for a concrete contribution to environmental and climate issues. Held under the slogan, “There will be a price for not changing in a changing world,” the summit featured opening speeches by Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Abdullah Tancan, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Reshad Mammadov, and our association's president, Sevda Güner. The sessions addressed critical topics such as “Investment Finance and Climate,” “Public Policies and Turkey's Roadmap,” and “Sectors & NGOs.” It was an inspiring summit that paved the way for Turkey’s steps towards green transformation.
